CBB Stain One is ready-to-use Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 staining solution for protein electrophoresis.

Application 1
Gel stained with CBB Stain One
Electorophoresis conditions
- Gel : 12% acrylamide gel
- Sample : protein MW markers, GST-tag fusion protein
After electrophoresis, the gel was rinsed with de-ionized water to remove SDS, then stained with CBB Stain One for 1 hr.Clear bands were obtained by de-staining with de-ionized water.

Conditions
Gel : ReadyGel 4-20%
Buffer solution : Tris/Glycine/SDS buffer solution (400ml)
Electrophoresis conditions : 80mA (constant voltage)
Wash : water (50ml) 3 times
Staining time : 1 hr.
Sample
Lane 1 : E.coli proteins (SDS, with 2ME buffer extraction) 5 ml
Lane 2 : E.coli proteins (SDS, with 2ME buffer extraction) (10 time dilution) 5 ml
Lane 3 : protein markers (1.7 mg/ml) 2 ml
Lane 4 : protein markers (550 ng/ml) 2 ml
Lane 5 : protein markers (170 ng/ml) 2 ml
Lane 6 : protein markers (55 ng/ml) 2 ml
