使用例
実験概要
- EGFPまたはEGFP-myosinを発現するHEK-293細胞のライセート1mlに、抗GFP抗体アガロースを20μlそれぞれ添加し、4℃で2時間免疫沈降した。
- SDSサンプルバッファーを加え、90℃で10分間処理し、SDS-PAGEを行った。
- 抗GFP抗体を用いてウェスタンブロッティングにより、EGFPとEGFP-myosinを検出した。
