実験概要

1. EGFPまたはEGFP-myosinを発現するHEK-293細胞のライセート1mlに、抗GFP抗体アガロースを20μlそれぞれ添加し、4℃で2時間免疫沈降した。
2. SDSサンプルバッファーを加え、90℃で10分間処理し、SDS-PAGEを行った。
3. 抗GFP抗体を用いてウェスタンブロッティングにより、EGFPとEGFP-myosinを検出した。
