<li>膜へ転写、膜のブロッキング</li>
<li>TBS-T（1% BSA）で1000倍希釈したBiotin-K63 TUBE1と室温1時間でインキュベーション</li>
<li>TBS-Tで10分洗浄（3回）</li>
<li>avidin-HRP等を用いた検出</li>
</ol>
<p>本プロトコールは推奨プロトコールです。サンプルのK63ポリユビキチン鎖、K63ポリユビキチン化タンパク質の量や、検出試薬等によって条件を検討してください。また、転写膜は熱等の変性処理はしないでください。</p>

<p>The principle of the assay is shown schematically below (Figure 1). &nbsp;The assay is based upon the fact that a Rho family effector protein is known to bind preferentially to the active (GTP-bound) form of its target GTPase (1).&nbsp; In the case of RhoA activation, the rhotekin-RBD effector domain is used to make the affinity beads (2). In the case of Cdc42 and Rac1 activation, the PAK-PBD effector domain is used for affinity beads (3). &nbsp;<strong>Example Western blot results and detailed protocols can be viewed by clicking the documents tab above and downloading the pdf datasheet.</strong></p>

<p>Product Description<br />PathoGreen&trade; Histofluorescent Stain is an anionic green fluorescent dye . The dye stains degenerating neurons and their processes after exposure to a variety of neurotoxic insults in brain sections and cultured neurons. The mechanism of neuronal staining by anionic fluorescent dyes has not been determined. It has been proposed that the negatively charged dyes bind to positively charged polyamines or other molecules specifically generated in dying neurons.</p>
