Inspiring Protein Targets

G Protein-coupled Receptors (GPCRs)

G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) are the largest family of membrane proteins and have also been implicated in a large number of diseases, such as type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), obesity, depression, cancer, and many others. Therefore, GPCRs have become the most successful drug targets for the treatment of a variety of diseases.

Comprehensive Cytokines Targets Collection

Cytokines are soluble signaling proteins with a wide range of biological activities. An imbalance in the regulation of cytokine expression is associated with the occurrence and development of many diseases and has some clinical applications in respiratory diseases, infections, autoimmune diseases, and tumors.

Establishing a more accurate neurodegenerative disease model

A hallmark of neurodegenerative diseases is the aggregation of certain proteins in patient brains due to misfolding, deposition, and entanglement that leads to neurodegeneration. Due to the varying mechanisms that lead to protein aggregation, building a reliable and accurate disease model to understand pathogenesis is challenging. Induced PFFs are designed to mimic naturally occurring pathological states and processes.

To help provide you with better tools for neurodegenerative disease modeling, we offer both Tau-441 and α-syn PFFs that closely resemble filaments found in vivo.
