The generation and maintenance of immune responses are controlled by both co-stimulatory and co-inhibitory signals through T cell co-receptors. Many co-stimulatory belong to the B7 ligand family or the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. Immunotherapy has long been considered an important cancer treatment option, and immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) targeting PD-1, PD-L1, and CTLA-4 have revolutionized cancer treatment. Nowadays, proven agonistic or antagonistic monoclonal antibodies targeting co-receptors have the potential to enhance immunity.
To meet the drug research and development, ACROBiosystems has developed a series of overexpressed stable cell lines for agonistic targets such as 4-1BB/4-1BBL/OX40/OX40L, which can screen high-affinity antibodies that bind to immune checkpoint proteins in cell-based assays. |
