Bispecific monoclonal antibody (BsMAb, BsAb) is an artificial antibody protein that can simultaneously bind to two different types of antigen or two different epitopes on the same antigen. BiCell Scientific's 2nd-generation bispecific antibody utilizes a single lentivirus to recombinantly express the "Knob-Hole" IgG molecule. Each knob or hole molecule carries the scFv motif instead of the traditional Fab motif to recognize the antigens. |
