· Labels very fast actin dynamics
· SPY700-FastAct™ is based on our bright, photostable & far red SPY700 fluorophore which is far superior than fluorescent proteins
· Low toxicity
· Can be imaged with standard Cy5 filtersets but using a 700nm LP emission filter is best
