Hypoxia inducible factors (HIF)

- Scientists have won a 2019 Nobel Prize for the study of HIF

This Monday, three scientists have been awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine for their work on the molecular switch that regulates cell response to oxygen level. The discovery of the central protein, HIF, has led to potential drug development for the treatment of anemia, cancer, and many other diseases.

OriGene offers high quality research products for various HIF subunits, their regulators and downstream target proteins.
