ProQinase offers one of the largest collections of recombinant protein kinase mutants. All mutants have passed ProQinase’s quality control including activity testing and IC50 determination of reference inhibitors. Most of the mutant kinases are available as recombinant protein in amounts starting with 10 μg up to mg scale, all are available for biochemical screening services. In addition the corresponding wild type kinases are available (except RAF1 wt and MKK6 wt).
